Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad’s (PAMB) Community Investment (CI) vision is to build financial resilience for all Malaysians. It’s in line with PAMB’s purpose For Every Life, For Every Future. Our strategy is focused on achieving our CI vision through 3 pillars below, which are aligned with ESG and SDG.

Financial Protection: Providing simple, affordable, and inclusive financial protection for underserved and disabled communities through PRUKasih Aman microinsurance.

Financial Education: Empowering individuals at different life stages with the knowledge to make better financial decisions. Providing financial education to children and adults through the programmes below: Cha-Ching (9-12 years old) Duit Right® (13-16 years old) Youth Financial Education Programme (17-28 years old) Adult Financial Education.

Financial Growth: Empowering underserved communities with entrepreneurship knowledge and tools to generate sustainable household income through the programmes below: PRUKasih Entrepreneurship Programme (for the urban poor) PRUCare Farming Sustainability Programme (for the rural poor) We leveraged our expertise and technical know-how as an insurer to help disadvantaged communities. Since 2011, we have partnered with NGOs to conduct Financial Protection & Financial Education Programmes.

During the pandemic, PAMB kicked start the Financial Growth Programme to build economically stronger and resilient households & communities. In 2023, a total of RM4.8M was invested into Community Investment initiatives, benefiting more than 39,000 individuals.

1. Organization (CSR Project / Business) are related to 17 SDG Goal & 169 targets .
(refer to https ://sdgs.un.org/goals )

2. Organization who are minimum 1 year / Project minimum 1 year

3. Evaluate not based on Organizations business value or monetary

4. Evaluate based on Organizations involve in 17 Goals Impact to the Environment,Social & Governance.

5. Is the Organization / project able to sustain? Does the organization has Future Timeline ? Can the organization improve?

Nomination Process
STEP 1
Register an account as nominee via JCIM Roadmap with personal details.
STEP 2
Complete the online application and prepare your entrepreneurial data including market analysis, strategic and finances and any other relevant supporting documents for our judge to know you and your business.
STEP 3
Review by our invited judge and you will be invited for interview if selected.
